Certified Translation
Certified translation service for original documents from Spanish into English and vice versa.
The process is clear and structured: only two visits to the offices in Pachuca are required, the first for submission of the original documents and the second to collect them once translated and officially certified.
An urgent service is available for an additional fee, subject to prior review of the document in order to determine the timeframe required for preparation andcertification before the Superior Court of Justice of the State of Hidalgo.
This service is suitable for birth, marriage, and death certificates; academic records; professional degrees; contracts; bank statemts; and any other documents whose translation must be officially certified.

Non-Certified Translation
Translation service provided by a court-appointed certified translator from Spanish into English and vice versa.
This service is suitable for informational, academic, corporate, or internal purposes that do not require official certification before the Superior Court of Justice of the State of Hidalgo.
A non-certified translation does not include the translator's signature or official seal. It includes only the name and certification number of the certified translator who prepared the translation and therefore does not carry official validity before authorities that require formal certification.

Document processing services for obtaining an apostille for original documents in accordance with the Hague Convention of 1961, as required for documents to have legal effect abroad.
Guidance is provided regarding applicable requirements, as well as processing before the competent authority in the State of Hidalgo. The procedure is subjext to the timeframes established by the corresponding authority.
This service is suitable for birth, marriage and death certificates; academic degrees; powers of attorney; and other official documents.
Initiate your Apostille Process
Information regarding the procedure may be requested by email or via WhatsApp. For initial guidance, a scanned copy of the document or clear, legible photographs may be submitted for review; however, the process is carried out exclusivey with the original document.
The service involves the submission of the original document and its subsequent collection once the procedure before the competent authority in the State of Hidalgo has been completed, in accordance with the timeframes established by said authority.
It may be combined with certified translation within a two-visit process when the document must be submitted in another language.
